Matinee Performance

Cast: Pre-Ballet, Kids Combo, Level I, Ensemble, Hip Hop IV + Company

Mandatory Rehearsal: Thursday, May 14th (2:00-8:00pm)

Evening Performance

SATURDAY May 16th at 6:00pm

Cast: Level II, III, IV, Ensemble + Company

Mandatory Rehearsal: Tuesday, May 12th (2:00-8:00pm)

*Mandatory rehearsals at the SUNY Purchase Concert Hall theatre will take place during the week of May 11th. Please stay tuned for our detailed tech/dress rehearsal schedules and staggered arrival times. Classes at the Studio will not be held during this week. Please note that some dancers may need to be released from school a bit early on their rehearsal day, to help ensure a reasonable dismissal from the theatre and a good night sleep. We have found this method to be extremely successful for many years and appreciate your cooperation.

**Matinee Performance** **- Saturday, May 16th** Spring Performance at 2:00pm
*dancers check in at 12:30pm
*anticipated end time: 4:00pm
**Evening Performance** - **Saturday, May 16th** Spring Performance at 6:00pm
*dancers check in at 4:30pm
*anticipated end time: 9:00pm

**COSTUMES**

We will process Costume and Production/Media fees on Tuesday, February 3rd. Please be on the lookout for a billing email in late January with details. Costumes will be distributed to students closer to our performance for safe keeping.

Mon May 11th - 2:00-8:00pm. Mandatory Upper Level Tech Rehearsal for Company and select II/III - IV classes

Tues May 12th - 2:00-8:00pm. Mandatory Tech/Dress Rehearsal for Evening Performance (Levels II, III, IV, Ensemble + Company)

Thurs May 14th - 2:00-8:00pm. Mandatory Tech/Dress Rehearsal for Matinee Performance (Pre-Ballet, Kids Combo, Level I, Ensemble, Hip Hop IV + Company)
