In September 2004, Kate Truesdell founded the Greenwich Dance Studio, with only 18 students. During the first few months the studio grew slowly but surely and completed its first year with 75 students. After three years as the sole teacher, Ms. Truesdell decided to expand the class offerings and hired additional instructors. Now, in its fifth year, Greenwich Dance Studio has 250 students, including a Senior and Junior Company who perform throughout the year. Greenwich Dance Studio continues to attract young students because of its personalized approach and dedication to creating educated dancers.
